The Annual General Meeting of Westmount Soccer Club will be held on January 31, 2022 at 7 p.m. All players, parents, coaches and referees are invited to attend.
This year, the biannual election of the executive board positions will take place. The President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary are the four elected officers and are the legal directors of the club. These positions are elected for a two-year term. If you would like to find out more about these positions, please contact info@westmountsoccer.org. Candidates must submit a nomination form, proposed and seconded to info@westmountsoccer.org by January 16, 2022. A list of candidates will be posted 7 days before the meeting.

Amendments to Club Constitution
When the Club was founded in 2010, the Constitution of another very large club was used as the template. The Constitution is overly complex with redundant positions, and many of the articles are not relevant to our club and are not implemented. A new simpler Constitution appropriate to our Club will be proposed that will provide suitable governance and be workable in practice for a club of our size.
